This fit well on the 1/2” impact and in the fastener. Held up well for the couple of jobs I got it for. Very little evidence of use, should be a good tool for years to come.

So, let's start with the pros: it's a socket, the size is perfect, and it's petty beefy. Would make a great paperweight or weapon. Now the cons: this is definitely NOT impact rated. With just a ratchet, I noticed that the teeth were bending after just 2 bolts being loosened. Just for testing purposes, I pulled the next bolt with my impact. This thing is trash. The teeth are all rounded and twisted. The same bolt pulled right out with a ratchet and a non impact rated t50 from the parts house. Maybe mine was just defective, but this may be the shortest lived Amazon purchase in my history.Edit: sorry about the late edit, I thought I fixed this but I guess I didn't. They sent me a new one. I must have received a defective one the first time. Works great, super durable. 10/10, best customer service ever!

This is one of those, I really only need it for one application and may never use it again. It still seems like it is worth buying a decent tool. It seems to be well built, sturdy and durable. It fit perfectly and got the parts off I needed.

Tried the first one in my cordless 1/2” impact. It snapped after about 1/4 second under load. Glad I was wearing safety glasses. Second one (pictured) twisted with nothing more than my 180 lb self pushing on a 14” breaker bar. These things are absolute trash. Feel like I’d have better luck with Harbor Freight.

This t50 torx socket broke in 2 seconds and it took a second to put it on the ratchet. Not a serious tool.

I purchased this 1/2” impact torque bit for ford bed bolts. Just like the other brands I’ve tried it snapped off at the end. I was still able to use the rest till the edges twisted off. Like normal it failed.

Used this T50 bit 3 times and the tip twisted off. Way too soft of a steel used to make this T50 bit that is classified as “ Impact rated “. I do NOT recommend this bit if you have stubborn bolts to remove.

I bought these to unfasten seat belt bolts and they are tougher than Lisle but still constantly twist and then break. I've been through 3 on 1 bolt before.... they are tough but still not tough enough. However they are of high quality. It is the fastener design that is terrible - not these sockets.Okay so I am updating this review....After breaking many of these bit and many others I discovered the problem. When you remove GM seat belt bolts you need to use a torch to heat the stud, this heat makes the adhesive they use loosen up and the bolt easily removes. That said not too sure why they use a lame torx head instead of a regular bolt with a high torque fastener like seat belts but whatever, just apply some heat and out it comes.
