Product Description

5V 4-channel relay interface board

each channel needs a 15-20mA driver current. It can be used to control various appliances and equipment with large current. It is equiped with high-current relays that work under AC250V 10A or DC30V 10A. It has a standard interface that can be controlled directly by microcontroller.

Perfect used for domestic appliance, office machine, audio, equipment, automobile, etc. (Remote control TV receiver, monitor display, Audio,Raspberry Pi equipment high rushing current use application)

4 channel relay

Principle

When the signal port is at low level, the signal light will light up and the optocoupler 817c (it transforms electrical signals by light and can isolate input and output electrical signals) will conduct, and then the transistor will conduct, the relay coil will be electrified, and the normally open contact of the relay will be closed. When the signal port is at high level, the normally closed contact of the relay will be closed. So you can connect and disconnect the load by controlling the level of the control signal port.

I have it attached to a raspberry pi zero and it is working really well to control two different garage doors with a small python flask server running on the pi.

Using this board to cycle a AC motor, low duty cycle but over a 13 hour period. No fails or lag, have had ones similar fail in a day or two. 13 hours for 2 weeks still going strong.

This is a good relay board, easy to use and does precisely what I wanted it to do. Wired it to an Arduino that I had assigned relay controls to the relevant pins, was able to correctly control all 4 relays as desired.I misinterpreted the drawings at first and thought that if the three contacts on each relay are A/B/C, that A/B were connected with no power, and A/C were connected when the relay was powered. Well it turns out I'm a dork, A/B are connected with no power and B/C are connected when the relay is powered. Once I figured that out, making everything work was super simple.Small bank of LED indicates when each of the 4 relays is powered, since you can hear the clicking but it's nice to have visual feedback about which relay/s made the noise. Good relay shield.

Toestel is al beschadigd: gebogen en gekrast.

I am extremely happy with this board. It works flawlessly with the Arduino. It is responsive and VERY easy to use.Remember though, that its logic is Active Low, so when power is first applied from the Arduino, the low state of the pins causes the relay to turn on until the Arduino has time to set them to active high, thereby turning them off. I solved this problem using a 2N2222 transistor and a 1k Ohm resistor between an Arduino pin and the 5 volt input to the relay. Now, when the Arduino powers on, there is NO power to the relay board UNTIL the program tells it to do so.GREAT PRODUCT - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
