This window shade cover is surprisingly well-built and functional. It fits the window behind our travel trailer's sink perfectly. I especially love the magnets, which hold well and allow me to put it on and take it off as needed. Our window frame is metal so while it wouldn’t stay up while traveling, when stopped it held fine with just the built in magnets, It's easy to open the quarter and half settings by folding. However, since window is horizontal rather than vertical it doesn’t work as well.

So far so good. I only used the top and bottom adhesives because I want to see if that is enough to block the light. I would rather not add more sticky things to my rig if possible. The shade seems well made and very sturdy. It has magnets to hold it into place so you can have it folded 1/3 or 2/3 up. If you want to remove it altogether you can because it has velcro that attaches at the top. So far I think this is going to work really well and be great at blocking the annoying like that comes in the window of the bedroom door to outside. At the moment, I would recommend this product

THE VELCRO SHOULD BE ON THE TOP.The directions for this are worded a little weird but other than that it was super easy to install and blocks all of the light that used to come through the window, have had absolutely no issues with stickiness as it seems built sturdy and fit the door window perfectly.I have no complaints other than making the directions a little easier to understand, I think that would help with installation.

Super easy to install. I just pulled the red backing off the top velcro strip and side/bottom magnets and mounted it around the window after measuring. Velcro is a bit long so you can trim that back a bit if you want. I didn't though and it looks fine. Attaches solidly and doesn't slip or come off while traveling. The shade that WAS in my trailer was a silly little paper thing that never stayed up so this cover is a massive improvement. However I should note, I had to leave the existing shade frame around my door ( there was a bunch of exposed white foam and metal edges when it was removed) so this makes the area I mounted this cover to protrude out a bit. The screen door currently pushes up against this shade a bit when the door is closed because of the existing frame, but I don't think it will cause any damage. Work s well though. Satisfied. Would I order again? Yes.

Like many trailers, my TV is located near the door so reflected light is often an issue on the inclement days where we're stuck inside. We've used towels to block the window, but any time someone needs to go in or out they are having to deal with the towel in the way. I've seen some of these window shades before, but I didn't want a full set of velcro strips all the way around, and I often like some light to come in during the day. This window shade has one strip of velcro to secure it on the top edge and then 3 sides of magnets. I really like this because you can fold up and get just a portion of the window to have light come in or you can take it off entirely. I recommend this product.

This window cover is the perfect size for the two RV's I tried it on. It blocks the sun and I believe it's keeping cold air out of the door window it's covering. You can get them in black or tan and the tan looks better on the door because it matches the interior of many RV doors. I only used one strip of magnet that came with the cover above the window and I flip 3/4's of the cover up during the day to let light in when we're not trying to sleep. The one magnetic strip is strong enough to hold the entire piece up even when folded up.
