It works as advertised. My only issue with it is it keeps riding up during water aerobics, but so do the more expensive belts. It came on time and was packaged well. I do like that you can move the floats around. The more expensive belts are all along your back so you have a tendency to tip forward. I move the individual floats so I’m balanced.

I wanted a new way to work out in the pool this summer and got this to jog around in the pool. It holds you up nicely and if you choose not to just jog in place but move forward while jogging it gives a little resistance for an added workout! I have Fibromyalgia and I would recommend this gentle but effective way of exercising while getting some much-needed healing sunlight!

I bought this for my hubby who is learning to swim and is not able to float. He found it useful. The only thing he would comment is the float does not stay in its place at the waist, it keeps moving to the the upper chest. He tightened it, but it still movesAny advice?

While this belt did the job on flotation, if fell apart very quickly. The belt strap tore away for the floating part and I only had this belt for a few short months.Would not recommend this product

I love this for paddle boarding. It’s very comfortable and keeps you floating without the bulk of a regular life jacket. A friend and I exercise out in the lake, this works really well for comfort in the water and provides just the right amount of buoyancy.

Allows me to run in the water and get a good workout. I do not like that it gradually loosens as I exercise until it's under my breast's but it allows the flotation I need.

I do deep water aerobics and wanted my own belt. I'm a larger gal and the standard belts had me lower in the water than I like. This belt had too much flotation and made it hard to move and titled me forward. I bought the larger size and maybe should have tried the standard.

I’m going to use this for water aerobics. The only negative is that if you are short waisted like me….the foamIs quite high …best suited for taller people !After actually using it in the water…..the big crease down the middle of the device did not go back in place. The picture shows a solid back but when you get it there is a big crease down the middle (due to packaging?)Very misleading and I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND. I tried to reach out for a replacement or refund with no success…..very frustrating…..which is why I’m editing my review.

If you're doing aquafit in the pool and are tired of the borrowed belts they give you riding up all the time, buy this product. I hardly have to adjust it at all.
