This was great for last season; but when we got it out of our garage from storing it for winter, the nylon belt began falling apart and disintegrating. I tried to adjust the belt but it continued to fall apart. I just had to pull it completely off and throw it away. I was surprised given how strong it had seemed last year. Just be aware that while this is a decent price for something that only lasts one season - you just need to know. It worked really well as an extension to our resistance tether line to swim in place - was a more comfortable padded belt to wear and attach to that stretchy tether line. Maybe I can just string nylon rope through the holes and make the foam padded belt work again.

I was hoping it would keep my afloat. I have a shallow pool and wanted to be able to run in place without touching the bottom; unfortunately, it doesn’t provide the needed lift.

I bought this belt for my sister in law who had recently gained some weight and needed to work out a bit more without putting pressure on her joints or her heart. I think this will do the trick as it is adjustable and seems like it will fit most body types.

This is a terrific product better than a life vest if you use it in a pool or water park like Aquatica wave pool. It keeps you upright in the water. Not good at beaches with strong waves and currents. I fall a lot and once down I can't get up unless a very strong person who can lift dead weight pick me up because my legs are of no help. I can now enjoy being in the water now.

My 3 year old nephew weights about 60lbs, so pretty much all toddler swim aids won’t keep him afloat, which results in very sore arms for whoever has to hold him the whole time we swim. This worked perfectly though! It keeps him up without anyone holding him. It gets just barely tight enough around him, since it was made for an adult, but you could even cut some of the float to be able to tighten the circumference. Great buy!
