Unit stopped working in January and customer support has been terrible! They have requested I remove the back and troubleshoot. I’m not a technician! The back motor board was completely glued together. They sent a replacement and it did not fix the problem. Now they are requesting I take the entire back off and pull wires apart. Once I do that it’s going in the trash because I’ll never get it back together. Cannot believe how awful this company is to work with. This is my 3rd piece of Sunny fitness equipment and will be my last due to how terrible they are to get something fixed. Wasted $$

I love this board! I became spontaneously disabled at 38 y/o and am now battling a slew of chronic health conditions. I retain fluid and swell, have POTS, orthostatic hypotension, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome among many others. This has helped me reduce discomfort and pain while also allowing me to be able to stand and walk on my own more, as well as increase mobility. I love the remote feature as bending is difficult for me. It’s easy to move it around as I need to and I love that it oscillates front to back and side to side plus vibration. I’ve not lost any weight yet but I do lose fluid rapidly after using this for just 10 minutes. I use it for 10-30 minutes a day. I cannot recommend this enough!

I got this to help reverse bone loss in hips. I've only used it about a month so I don't know yet if it will be effective. So far it is easy to use.I find the remote had to be held close to the display in order to work. It doesn't work if I'm standing on the platform and holding the remote about waist level.It is not easy to move. The wheels seem small and the other end has to be lifted to very specific angle before it can roll.

My first thought from opening this fantastic item was “they really put a lot of time into the actual quality and functionality of this item”. This product is very user friendly and most importantly, it works as advertised! Through the vibration technology, it does not only help burn my fat, but also loosen the tougher fattened area around my body for me to be able to burn it off easier! I am religiously using this machine everyday, either in the morning to help regulate and warm up my body, or at night to help sweat out all the bad toxins I have consumed during the day!
