Nice quality, good workout, feels nice on feet:This product is pretty heavy and seems to be well made - the materials are all durable and the standing surface has a good grip to it, making it hard to slip. The product has a couple different use cases but I mainly use it for pushups, as the vibrations make it a bit more challenging and the handles allow you to get a bit deeper in the range of motion. The product also feels pretty nice on your feet, as you can sit in a chair and just rest your feet on it and get a low impact foot massage.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

This is a first for me, so it took a little getting used to. I feel it's great for circulation and balance, so if you work from home I highly recommend this on your breaks. The price when compared to other brands isn't bad either. Overall a 5/5 rating for your health.

This is easy to use; just plug it in and use the remote to do your settings. It is something that you will want to start slowly, like 10 mins a day and work your way up. It's very well made. I am hoping it will help with the swelling in my knees. Only time will tell. Great price.

I have been standing on this while lifting weights and it feels like it is helping my balance. I have the cushion under inflated so it bounces a tiny bit, and I have to use my core to correct my movements. Unsure if it is worth the money or not, but I feel like it is doing good things!

This is my first at home vibration pad. I have used them at the physical therapist office, and at the chiropractor, so I'm familiar with their therapeutic purpose. This particular model goes from 50 Hz to 60 Hz, and I actually had a discussion with a doctor about the proper range to use for at home. And she said that this is an acceptable range that won't cause any damage. (I guess there are some really wild versions of thede out there!)It's really easy to use. Plug it in, flip the on switch, and the remote pretty much walks you through all the steps. The first time I used it, I was amazed how sore my back was. I did not realize how much this works your fine muscles. And because I was using it at home, and testing out all the different features, I kind of overused it the first time. So I really recommend starting with 10 minutes and then working up from that.It comes with some exercise attachments, but I'm still a beginner using this so I didn't even try to up my game. But, I do like the included cushion! I was a little skeptical how a cushion could provide enough support to not bruise your backside. But this is an inflatable cushion, and it is incredibly supportive. So if you want to get your meditation on, you can place this on the vibration pad and sit in your meditative pose.It does produce a little bit of vibrational noise, but it's a minimal amount of sound. You'll have no problem standing on this while watching TV. It shouldn't annoy anyone in the room with you.So I can definitely recommend this, all I can say is that you should use it responsibly, and step up to a full workout with it.

So far we have gotten a total of 6 different vibration plates.Everything from, $ 90.00 unit to a $ 2,300.00 unit. (GForce Pro - 1500W Dual Motor)Obviously this is more of a budget friendly unit, but it really is pretty good. The two big things I look for1 - ease of operation, this one is pretty straight forward simple.2 - Motor strength, Unfortunately most vibration plates do not give you any hp rating, so the way I test them is while running I put more and more weight on one side until I hear the motor starting to struggle a little, this one really did well in that. Some other ones come with resistance band as does this one, but this is the only one we have that has the push-up handles, They are very easy to insert/take off. So yes the do add an additional dimension to this unit. The inflatable cushion is also nice, It really does help you hit your core a little better. When simply standing it is great for your legs but very little of the vibration actually gets to your core, sitting makes a difference. What about the fact that is "only" has 10 speeds? Well we do have one that has 60 speeds, but the truth is you cannot tell the difference between speed 9 and speed 10, you really have to go up about five levels on that one to know the difference, So 10 speeds is really enough. the difference between each level is actually noticeable on this one. While it really will not compare to a $400 unit, for the price category this is a very solid unit.
