This vibration plate has different levels of intensity so you can easily adjust how much shaking you would like to endure. It is easily adjusted from a remote control so that you do not need to bend over to adjust the shaking from the machine. The machine itself also has some sort of suction cup on its base to keep it firmly secured to a flat surface while using it if on a solid flooring. While, I'm not sure about using this as a work out device, it did make my muscles feel tired after standing on it for a good while, but I don't think that its doing much to strengthen them. It sort of feels like a whole body vibration massage more than a work out.. so I would argue that this device helps relieve stress more than strengthens muscles.This was a very interesting and novel experience. The device works as intended and if this is something you're interested in getting, this product is well made and works as intended.

This is incredible for a full body workout especially if you are short on time but want to get in a good workout! Very easy to use, quick to set up and the remote works with ease! The settings are easy to work through and set to any workout or intensity that you would like. This is great for sore muscles, muscles that need working out as well as to help get into shape and possibly lose weight. This is wonderful to incorporate into a workout as well to take your workout to the next level! The overall piece is fairly heavy and built extremely well. Great for daily use and holds up with no problem! Unbeatable value and a great addition to any home gym or single piece!

I was first introduced to vibration plates at the gym with power plates. This vibration plate is for residential use, so I wasn't expecting it to be anything like the power plate at the gym. This product has exceeded my expectations. For the value it does a great job with blood circulation as I can feel my skin get itchy in different places when I change my stance on it. The 5 different power levels are nice, but I find myself going for the max power level. My wife and daughter all enjoy using it and I have no complaints. I do feel like there are things that could be improved which include the power cord being too short. The bands that come with it are ok, but if they were resistant bands, it would have been much nicer. The suction cups on the bottom of the machine are not really useful on our floors as they don't grip the floor, and you have to be careful with your balance or you can fall off the machine.

This vibration plate is a nice addition to my exercise routine. If I'm feeling less motivated or the weather is bad, I can step on the machine for a while. When I adjust my stance, like if I do a squat, I can feel different muscles working, which is pretty cool. The power cord is on the shorter side, and I wouldn't have minded a longer one. I like the different speed options. I do feel like it is helping me with my balance.

I was anxious to try this Vibration Plate Exercise Machine, which came with two resistance bands and a remote control. After unpacking, I was not able to find the instruction manual initially. Later, I found that it had slid under the bottom flap of the box. After reading it, the manual was poorly written and had limited information about how to use the vibration plate. After plugging it in with its very short cord I turned on the switch on the front side of the machine and the LED display came on. I then started it in Auto mode while standing on the platform. It worked and I could feel the vibrations throughout my body. After putting two triple-A batteries in the remote it worked as well by controlling the power, start/pause, mode key, speed, and timer. Vibration can't be adjusted when running in automatic mode, only manual mode. I found that everything worked on the machine but it took a little time to adjust to the various settings so I mainly ran it on automatic mode.Since the instructions were limited in the exercises that could be done with the machine, I was able to find additional YouTube videos on how to best use a vibration plate. Also, I found videos and info about the benefits and warnings about who should and should not use vibration plates. There is a 330lbs limit on the use so they aren't for every size. Always consult your healthcare provider before using one of these plates.The cons I found, other than the manual, the resistance bands were not mentioned in the manual. I found that the attachment plate for them was on the bottom of the machine and they just can be swung out to connect the bands. The ad claims one 12v battery is needed, but that is incorrect, two AAA batteries are needed. It also claims that this can be connected to a mobile phone by Bluetooth and used as a speaker, this is also incorrect. The resistance bands are limited in length with the max only coming up to my chest. There is no warranty on this product. They claim that you can contact them by email if you have any questions but no email or company address is given in the manual or on the machine nor is there a website. I do know that it is made in China. How long the machine will last is unknown but the lack of info is concerning.While I believe that vibration plates can be a useful tool in my physical health journey, this one needs more useful information before I would recommend it. It works and while I can't back up all the marketing spin on it, the machine is very useful and I gave it four stars just because of that.
