I bought this plate machine, and it has been a great full body workout at home. It’s easy to use and comes with a built in timer. I was looking for a low impact exercise. All I have to do is plug it in and press start using the remote control. It also includes directions and workout guides to help maximize its use. I absolutely love it! Recommended!
