I needed these to make a bunch of meat pies. Size is great but about half of them have issues with the locking mechanism and they don’t open. I was still able to make them work for my purposes but if a reliable ‘spring’ is necessary, I’d suggest paying more for a higher quality item

I love the product but I had ordered two sets of pans the same day I got them both and I thought they were all the same pans they are two different sizes

First bake at 325’F and the nonstick is peeling off Like paper.
