i installed to a slab home, installed in the thin set while laying the tile down. i had to talk my wife into doing this but now she won't go back. the bathroom floor is warm in the winter and no more frozen feet. i recommend using a 7 day programable thermostat.

Wife LOVES it. Best purchase I've made for my remodeled bathroom. Everyone says the same thing "Why have I been sleeping in this?" Every female turn to their guy and says "what the hell hun? I want this". I have also increased my resell on the house. The bathroom is one of the most important rooms in any house other than the kitchen maybe. Fits perfect (I don't have a huge bathroom).

I'm glad I got this for such a great price here. Watched a few YouTube videos on installation and it was really easy to install under tile by myself.I paired it with a discounted Warmup 4ie thermostat found on eb@y and voila, an affordable heated floor system for our bathroom.This is a really good buy. Throw hesitation out the window, it's a nice added touch that your feet will really appreciate.

Suntouch does NOT standby their 25 year warranty!! Had two mats in my bathroom for 9 years one went out and they want me to pay $100 to rent equipment plus $170 for shipping to tell them where the mat is defective at. I could almost pay for a new mat at that price!!
