I am not really sure what happened with this order. The bar tape arrived in a poly mailer. It was just the bar tape in a plastic bag, not the original packaging. The aluminum bar plugs were not included in the package as stated. I have been using this bar tape for a few years, it has never arrived in anything but original packaging. I was able to submit a return for a new one to be shipped.
