RECOMMENDED LAYER EXPOSURE SETTINGS FOR 3D PRINTERS
These settings were measured and tested for a 50μm layer thickness. Adjust the exposure time by ±15% based on your printer's conditions. Colored prints were tested using the recommended number of pigment drops per 100mL of clear resin.

So I succumbed to the advertising and bought this PCS gray resin. Reality is that the resin shrinks a lot and it won’t print dimensionally accurate parts. It is indeed very fast, cures at 1.5 seconds on my new Saturn 4 ultra. But you can’t get a straight line out of this resin. Maybe it’s good for minis but that’s all. I am sticking with the excellent, conjure rigid black. Slow, 4.5 seconds, but perfect straight prints every time.

Tl;Dr: Actually sticks to build plate, is not very viscous, so it prints fast without issues. Super nice with printers aimed at high-speed quality (like Anycubic Mono M5s, which is the one I use with this resin).Just printed the first of these Validation Matrix prints, first try, no issues, and already fast speeds (100um layers, 10s bottom cure time, 1.7s normal layer cure time, 180mm/min lift speed). I'm so happyI've tried to get Conjure Rigid Black resin to work for a week, only 1 successful print at SUPER slow speeds (50um layers, 80s bottom cure time, 5s normal cure time, and 30mm/min lift speed... yeah...)

Beautiful finish and good strength in a very convenient, easy to use, reasonably priced material. I always calibrate for shrinkage, and did need to make a small adjustment, but after, this is one of the best materials for balance of strength and accuracy. I am still working on peel and return speeds to get to be as fast as their regular grey. Details are crisp and the pigments, etc., don't separate out as fast as other high speed resins (you will still need to insure that the resin is homogenized).Update: September '23; bought the 5Kg size because I will be using this resin for awhile. I test quite a lot of resins and, although this isn't the strongest in its category, it is overall a very predictable and consistent performer (just make sure that you are always freshening up and mixing before printing, as pigments and the different polymers and activators stratify over time). It also cleans up cleanly and quickly, which was also important for my applications.

So, I have tested almost every main brand of 3D resin that claims to be the strongest. Well they all pretty much are the same. Yes, we can go into the details and see that they are in fact all different, but all-in-all they perform similar enough that this one doesn't stand out. However, it did print 2 hours faster than all the rest. I used a Saturn 2. I had to set 2.5 sec regular layers, and 25 sec base. Now, I will say when trying to remove the supports, they were quite stronger than anything I have tested asn I actually cut my finger on a sharp piece. Never done that with supports before. This has promise I just need something with les flex. Still looking for my holy grail of resins!

Gedruckt auf dem Elegoo Mars-Pro, Post-Processing mit Wash&Cure Station.Druckparameter: 100um Schichten, 4 Bottom-Layer, 40sec Bottom-Layer, 9sec NormalLayer.Postprocessing: 2min in IPA waschen. Dann 10min unter Wasser nachbelichten.Trocken fönen und weitere 5min an der Luft nachbelichten.Eigenschaften:-Sehr hohe Bruchdehnung im Vergleich zu den meisten Harzen.-Nach dem Belichten keine Vergilbung bei weiss erkennbar (noch keine Langzeiterfahrung)-Guter Kompromiss aus steiffigkeit und Biegefestigkeit.-Der Druck zeigt sehr präzise Details wohl wegen der sehr niedrigen Viskosität.-Sehr niedriger Schrumpf.-Kaum hörbare Abrupfgeräusche, daher sehr hohe Erfolgsquote.-Gutes Preis-/LeistungsverhältnisIch drucke damit technische Funktionsteile und keine Püppchen!

I got this in grey and liked it so ordered more in black. As advertised, this resin prints very fast, around 1.2s per layer, with fast z lift speed 150+. This makes it a good utility resin for prototyping. I like being able to iterate on a design and not have to wait overnight. Also, their customer service is responsive. I had some questions since it was new on the market and they did not have documentation published yet and they responded immediately.

Después de imprimir más de 500 kg de resinas, hay que decir que es de lo mejor por la alta resistencia, baja contracción y sobre todo su baja densidad (la mayoría de competencia tienen densidades mucho mayores y una contracción mayor), debido a esto hemos llegado a imprimir a 80mm/h para piezas técnicas con resultados excelentes. Sin duda será nuestro proveedor habitual.

Using with an Elegoo Saturn 2. Resin is good with the 8k resolution. Does require a wash and cure station for best results.
