The dovetail plate provides a platform for coupling telescope to equatorial telescope mounts that have a v-style saddle. The dovetail plate is important for your mounting requirements, and will add stability and safety to your astronomical equipment setup.
The dovetail plate attaches to the saddle of a variety of popular V type brackets, and the "narrow" dovetail will also fit a variety of smaller alt-azimuth mounts
This V-Style dovetail plate mounts bolts with a continuous groove that easily accommodates any bolt spacing and balance needs.
The dovetail plate is precision machined from aluminum alloy, black anodized hard treatment, the dovetail is more durable and has a longer service life.
