I like the 3 different temperature sets. I can use my own cup and it keeps it hot or warm which ever I need as I’m busy puttering around the house. It came with a cup, but I use my own and it still works. Just the same ..five stars.

I absolutely hate when my hot coffee gets cold so this is at my desk at work and it works like a charm! Be careful not to set anything on it besides the coffee cup though!

The mug was a nice pretty white but the warmer was a dirty beige. I thought mine was a one off ordered a new one and same thing.

It seemed like a frivolous thing to buy at first, but it’s actually very useful. I usually down my hot teas really fast but this allows me to savor and enjoy my cups longer. The white cup is cozy in your hands and the lid keeps in the heat and out dust and whatever else is floating in the air. Not sure of other similar products but the heat pad takes a little too long to get to maximum hotness so I start her up while the kettle brews. Cute cup wins…keeper.

Use it every day. Works well to keep my coffee, tea, water, or bone broth warm or hot. I like the adjustable heat setting. Great value!

I've looked high and low for a mug warmer that is certified. This one stays hot, has three settings and comes with a flat bottom mug to make a full connection to the plate. It's discrete and understated...very pleasant to look at. It also has an auto shut off, but it's long which was also important to me. The cord is a nice length so you don't need to be too close to an outlet or have a long cord you need to coil up.

I am enjoying this product so much ! I never seem to finish my coffee, etc in my office before it gets cold. I end up pouring it out because I like mine hot. But not anymore ! This works great , looks nice, and excellent price .

This was a gift for my boss so unfortunately there was not enough time to return for a refund. Arrived with the box in great condition, but the lid to the mug arrived in pieces. The whole reason for choosing this mug in particular was the feature of the lid. Definitely won’t by this brand again. Next time I’ll try the cheaper ones - they usually work out better for me
