I was so excited to get this mop head and it worked great the first time I used it however, after washing it, you can see in the pictures it is completely tangled up, and I wash it on a gentle cycle and do not put it in the dryer and I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get it untangled. Very unhappy.

I purchased the SWOPT broom and because it works well I bought the mop head, thinking it was a good way to conserve resources. Having the same handle work for multiple applications is a good idea, but in this instance the execution was subpar. I ended up throwing the mop head away after a very few tries. It doesn't sit well as the buckle between the mop and the handle is badly designed. Like others, I had a great deal of difficulty attaching or removing the mop head from the handle. When mopping, the bulk of the microfabric is poorly distributed and it simply doesn't clean well. The mop was my last purchase from this company.

Was so disappointed that Home Depot stopped carrying Swopt but so thrilled to find it on Amazon! This works very well on my vinyl plank floors. I need to get another so I can switch them out when I’m cleaning one.

I already owned the swopt broom and then my boyfriend had the idea to see if we could find a mop attachment, and it turns out you can. He's not a big fan of my Swiffer but thinks this is a great mop. Plus I like the fact that you can have one giant handle with multiple attachments and cut down on house cleaning clutter. I also already washed it in the washing machine and it came out good as new

I was ecstatic about these I ordered two when I got them, they cleaned my wood floor perfectly but two things have happened I have tried four of these specifically microfiber none of them slide in and out like they are supposed to I called the company and everything so the idea of swapping them is useless and two yes they will scratch your wood floors. I guess I used it gingerly the first time and didn't notice it but this is the third time I have tried to use them, forced the head onto the handle and the head itself hits the floor when you go back and fourth like you should on wood. Regret my purchase now.

I'd like mop head to be a little bit shorter almost to long,but it's easy to clean in the washer and drip dry.
