Your cart is empty.Our System F1 access door is a fixed hinge panel that comprises a welded aluminum frame, concealed touch latches and a 5/8” (15.9 mm) drywall inlay. There is an outer and inner frame assembly of high grade aluminum that is bonded together with a special welding process. - A small reveal of 1/16” (1.59 mm) is visible between the outer frame and inner door after installation. - The rough framed opening to install the panel is the door size plus a min 2-1/2" and a max of 4". - The panel installs behind the drywall and is installed using self-tapping screws - Any access door over 12″ (305mm) has a safety-system to prevent accidental openings. This safety system must reset after each use. - Once installed, the panel is virtually invisible!

Good product, I just failed to realize it requires 24" +x 36"+.... I am used to everything being made for standard spacing.. ie 24 o/c which means 22 1/2" clear

I'm a contractor. We always use this if we need to install a access hatch. Ya it's little costly but after we are done installation it's beautiful. Also has anti slam opening option. Safe even to install in ceiling.

The small pivots are not welded in so they fall out. Not terribly well made. If you're in a pinch, they're just ok. Look for the other hinge option where it slides into place.
