Door was damaged during shipping. The company stayed in contact with me and made sure I got replacement parts. The only negative was that the directions did match the door I got. Not a big deal since the door was easy to assemble.

I was a little nervous about purchasing this door out of fear it would be cheap but for not being real wood it is surprisingly well made and sturdy. I haven’t hung it up yet but it was relatively easy to put together. I like it so much I am thinking about buying another one .I will say a few of the boards had minor damage like a small piece missing but it was easy to hide so I didn’t feel the need to return it or ask for replacement boards.
