Gracias

I bought this card for my travel in Boston last month. It worked great. It also worked fine in Canada, connected to Bell network.

I had a small technical issue with activating the SIM card and customer service had me up and running in a very short period of time with minimal effort on my part.I plugged the SIM card in while still in the US and it worked seamlessly on my arrival in Canada. I set my phone up with the recommended settings in each country, and it switched right away. As I traveled from region to region, it switched seamlessly between Telus and Bell and there was only a brief period in the high Rockies where I had no service (and neither did anyone else).I highly recommend this SIM card for travel from the US to Canada, and recommend this company for their excellent support.

First off, this arrived two days later than it was supposed to. That was on the USPS, not on the seller.I put the card in the phone (very nice that it comes in three sizes. I needed the smallest). Went to website provided, clicked activate, and filled out the form. The form is a bit tedious with filling out IME and sim numbers (the sim number came with the sim card), but once filled out and submitted, I received an email almost instantly acknowledging my form submission. Within an hour, I received a text giving my new phone number. I was able to immediately make phone calls in the US. I have not yet tried it in Canada, but will update this review when I do. My understanding is that you need to activate this sim card while in the US and not wait until you are in Canada, which may explain the problems some people have had. Also, there are detailed trouble shooting instructions provided. Hopefully, I won't need them, but nice to have. The only possible downside to this sim card is that you cannot transfer or choose your old phone number. That isn't a problem for me, as this phone is mainly going to be used when traveling to Canada. I highly recommend this seller.UPDATE: I have lowered the rating for this SIM card from 5 stars to 2. It kept a connection perfectly with Google maps while traveling to the Bruce Peninsula in Ontario. However, there was no calling or texting (both were supposed to be unlimited). On the way from the Bruce Peninsula to London, ON, map coverage was spotty and inconsistent. It got us where we needed to go, but was a pain to keep updating where we were. Once we got to London, map coverage was good again, but still no calling or texting, except I could text but not call while at our motel. We tried all of the trouble shooting tips that were provided with the card. None worked. It was supposed to recognize Rogers and Bell towers in Canada, but all that it ever showed was T-Mobile Us. We were provided with two numbers to call if we needed help, but if your phone won't make calls, those numbers don't help. In the future, I will just buy a data card for map coverage and forget about calling and texting. This was a lot to pay just for map coverage, hence the two stars.

Very poor perfomance!!Do Not Buy This SIM.I bought two sims for me and my wife. Activated it in USA 1st October 23. After entering Canada network was gone. I contacted the seller through email/WhatsApp. They gave us a bunch of advice regarding settings, none worked. At some point they stopped replying email. We stayed in Canada ( Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal) for 7 days without any network. When we got back in USA the network was restored. But most of the places in USA network was interrupted, sometimes only 3g network, hard to download large file and watching youtube. We were very frustrated. We strongly suggest not to buy this sim.It was total waste of money.

I ordered this SIM for a trip to Canada. It worked without problems. I received the SIM on a Wednesday before the trip, I filled out the form that evening and I received a confirmation email in the morning. The card activated early in the morning on the agreed day (Friday) and I received a confirmation email to the effect. The SIM comes with instructions, in particular for the activation form. The process is straightforward. In Canada I was in metropolitan areas and I had coverage all the time. (For the curious: The SIM roamed on Bell most of the time. After a train ride once it picked up Telus but had no data connectivity. I forced it to use Bell and it worked. After another train ride it picked up Telus again and it worked fine. Eventually it went back to Bell. I only had to intervene that one time.)
