This pan worked perfectly. The bottom of the pan lifted out easily giving a beautiful fluted edge and the dish presented well to my guests.

I have never had a tart pan in my 65 years. I decided it was about time I did LOL!Well, I will say that this pan is wonderful and the non stick surface makes it so easy to remove one’s tart and to wash it up.I’d never of course made a tart. I chose a recipe for a ricotta cheese tart with blueberries . All went well except I had more dough and filling than was needed for this size pan . That said , while baking the filling overflowed all over the sides of my new pan. I was really worried that I’d not be able to remove my really baked on tart.Happily once tart cooled to room temperature I was able to wiggle the edges of the pan to loosen the tart crust edges , and after removing the bottom of the pan it popped right out !No damage to the tart at all! I’m impressed! With a little soaking I was able to wash up the pan of it’s really really stuck on filling that had overflowed! So yay for easy cleanup! This pan made a a pretty dessert. I can’t wait to try it for a quiche next!Very nice product . Works well and cleans up easily .Would very much recommend !

This is quite a nice tart pan. I really wanted to give it five stars, but, alas, I can not. It's a great size - 14 inches - perfect for making quiche or fruit tarts. The bottom plate fits into the bottom of the pan very well. There's no warping or any gaps. The nonstick sides and bottom are smooth, making for easy clean up. The dark color is great for even heating and preventing the dreaded "soggy bottom".There's just one problem with the pan I received. There's a tiny spot on the top of one of the sides that is rough. I know...so what? It shouldn't affect the baking. Yes, but it also shouldn't be there at all. Hence, the four stars. Otherwise, this is a really nice, quality tart pan.

Three stars for likely functionality -- otherwise disappointing for shape, weight and overall quality.I have a couple of Wilton mini tart pans that I bought within the last decade or so (?). I love them. I wanted to have a few more, but alas, Wilton doesn’t have them available. They are perfectly formed and weighted (62 grams each) with not-sharp top edges, but still great for creating a clean pastry edge.In my attempt to add to the two I have, I’ve now ordered 3 different rectangular mini-tart pans from Amazon. The Cyimi, ASIN B0883FCK5T, the Gutsdoor, B088CZR6JJ, and the Meichu, B0825S76QN. Each of these touts itself to be the best quality and the best choice. Gutsdoor works especially hard to tell you all about itself, and professes and “enhanced edge” on the top. While each one is probably acceptable, there is NO difference between them – they are the same product. They obviously come from the same machine pressing: sharper edges than I’d like and sharper than the Wilton, sharper fluting both in the bottoms and the top edges. Because of the steep bottom-to-side bends at the bottom, the removable pieces actually seem smaller and looser, even though they are the same size as the Wilton. And, most tellingly, they all weigh exactly the same amount: 42 grams, almost 33% less than the Wilton pans.I finally (accidentally) found the listing for Chefmade’s 4 inch rectangular tart pan. I have a 9.5 inch round made by them with is fantastic quality. I hope this will be the quality tart pan I want. In the future, it’s Wilton, Chefmade, or FoxRun for any further baking purchases. I learned my lesson. Posting this review to each of the three “imposters.”

It sticks a little to the tart, but the price is great so I can’t really complain. I have more expensive tart pans that the tarts pop out of very easily but I paid a lot more for them

Like the quality of the tart pans, like the finish of these pans, they will be easy to clean.

First of all, measure these out on paper or in the air; the photoshopped product images are a bit misleading. These are a great size for small single-portion tarts or a quiche meant as a side dish. They will not serve as a full meal portion. That said, I'm pleased with what I got. They aren't going to last forever but they're sturdy enough for my needs and I definitely got what I paid for. They're also great as cake pans if you want to make a personal sized servings of layered cakes. I mostly cook for myself, so being able to make two triple-layer cakes on a single sheet pan (and then trim off the fluted edges if desired) is great!
