We bought this to throw off our dock to hook a large mat to float on. Hooked the bottom side to chain and large wheel rim. Worked exactly like we wanted it to.

I bought this item in early 2016 . April 2018 the galvanized part is already oxydized and broken. Thanks god it did not break totaly and I did not loose by mooring.Leaving in Panama i am not going to return it. So, i lost a fair amount of money.Dont buy.
