So, I built myself an assembly/outfeed table. Then I decided to put t-track on it. Then I bought a router lift. I decided to put that into my assembly/outfeed table. Then I realized that I wanted a fence that is easy to remove and could fit in the t-track. I didn't want to pay both arms and my next born child for a router fence. I ran across this one and read some reviews, watched some video reviews also and decided to pull the trigger on it. Only cost one arm and a pinky toe so I was happy with that. First thing first, I was impressed with how durable it appears to be. Second, if you are getting this for your router table, I'm sure you will be able to easily assemble it. Third, the measurements that it gives in the description are accurate. Now, with that being said, like I said before, I already have t-tracks in my table so the premade holes in the fence base don't fit my track spacing. But, it was easy enough to drill out some new holes and make it fit my table. I won't be removing a star for fit because I knew it probably wouldn't fit when ordering it and they give good measurements in the description. After getting it to fit, It works great and is easy to remove and replace from my table when I want to assemble large items on my table or rout out some grooves or chamfer an edge or two. If you're looking for a reasonably priced fence for your router table, I can easily recommend this one....plus it comes in two different lengths.

Built myself a new router table to replace an old one that had a home-made fence. The quality and accuracy is top-notch. The jointing rods work like a charm. I use long spiral bits that can cut just over 2" with my Bosch 1617EVS. The fence is solid. Will last me years.

I bought this fence over a year ago. Built many cabinet doors, and have to say this is one fantastic fence! Don't hesitate to buy this one. I don't have one bad thing to say as this fence is perfectly square, easy to adjust, quality parts as I have adjusted it hundreds of times. So reasonable in price, the expensive ones don't make sense to buy. May make another table and order another one so I don't have to change bits for rails and stiles. Thank you for such a quality product at a great price.

First off, the aluminum extrusion is very robust. Checking it along the length it is perfectly strait and sits perpendicular to the base. The MDF adjustable fences are coplanar to one another and again perfectly perpendicular to the base. I’m not a big fan of the melamine faces as they chip easily, but that’s standard on most of the fences on the market, even the high end units. I’ll probably make new ones out of Baltic birch and face them with Formica. The extra tall fence knobs are really nice, will make adjusting the fence a lot easier. The slots for mounting to the table are nice as it will make it more likely to fit different router tables. Sadly it didn’t work out for me, but I’ll add a second set of T-tracks to adapt. The 3/4” wide tape measure provided is too wide for intended recess. I really don’t understand how it would be of much use anyway since the base is slotted and can never really be indexed to the router bit. I’ll probably use it on my next table saw sled. All in all I can highly recommend this router fence. Very nice quality for the price.

I recently built a router table and I needed a fence that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I bought this based on the price and the good customer reviews. I just used it to cut the tongues and grooves for 26 cabinet doors and drawer fronts and, it worked perfectly. the fence was easy to assemble out of the box and, installed on the router table, it's super easy to set up and is very accurate. The construction is solid and the built-in dust collection port works great. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to add a gasket of some type to the dust collection port as the small gaps do allow some minor dust to escape out the back of the fence during use.

Solid construction. Did not fit my Rockler table t-slot locations or bolt size. Drilled holes in fence base to match table. Then purchased toilet flange bolts and lengthened the t-heads with epoxy glue so they would work in the slots that are sized for the original Rockler 5/16 bolts. With that finally set up I now find the fence sections are not in the same plane when secured to the frame. Offset just enough for the piece feeding past the router bit to catch on the outfeed fence. The t-track slots on the fence don't accommodate the heads on the 5/16 t-bolts supplied with my Rockler feather boards and accessories. Don't have time to mess with it any further. Back to the original Rockler fence. Probably a good fence if you are starting from scratch building you own table and you don't have an existing collection of devices with 5/16 t-bolts. My objective was to get a slightly taller fence than the original. As it turns out, I wasted a hundred bucks. Hope this helps potential purchasers.

The build of this fence is equal to fences twice it's price. Unfortunately, my copy has flaws:* the melamine edges on one of the fence faces are badly chipped. Disappointing but not something that really interferes with functionality.* the fence is not properly square. I checked this when I first received it but apparently didn't look close enough. Once mounted to my router table, the fence is not perfectly square to my table. It's about a 1/2 degree off. For some applications this may not matter but I don't consider it acceptable for a router table fence.I could not return the unit as it was past the return date and I had trashed its box. I've since bought another fence (at twice the price) and it's square.I still like the construction of this fence. It is heavy-duty and straight. I plan to use it for a new crosscut sled for my table saw where I think it will work quite nicely.
