The mounting brackets are different than my original seat. My original seat has 3 different mounting brackets composed of 2 studs each 1/4 inch each. The replacement has three brackets of one 3/8 inch stud each. My bike is a 2010 year model. I suspect the replacement is for a 2014 or newer HD bike.

Seller said this would fit a chopped tour pak it doesn't I'm not drilling holes into my pak . I messaged him directly and he reassured me it would fit then they charge you a 17 dollar restock fee . What happened to free returns through Amazon ? This company is garbage .

This product is great. Priced great. Works great with the 10 1/2" chopped tour pack on the 2 up quick release bracket. And would work on the full size.

My husband installed this on his Harley. It’s sturdy and comfortable. I’m able to sit behind him with it, and it works great.

Bought to replace small backrest on my chopped tour pak for 2014 Street Glide Special. Received in 3 days. Nice quality, and perfect fit, as good as OEM. Lock nuts included, but no template for new holes, 3 required. Would have given a 5 if the install template would have been included. Made a template of the stud spacing with 6 mil clear plastic, marked Inner top edge of backrest on template as well. Covered all three areas on the tour pak where the studs will go through with masking tape. Put a little grease on ends of backrest studs and did a trial alignment with the grease being transferred to the tape. Then taped my clear template to the tour pak to verify alignment. Made small adjustments, marked drilling points and drilled smaller pilot holes first through the masking tape. Then drilled 3/8” holes. Removed all tape and installed backrest. Added larger washers to the inside for strength. Looks great on my bike and my girl loves it!
