I purchase these lids to add 6x9 speakers in my saddlebag. The material quality and color was like oem. All the latch hinge holes were prefilled and it came with the rubber gasket. I used E6000 adhesive and painters tape to hold the rubber in place until it dried.No it did not come with instructions but I don't feel they're needed. If you can take your current lids off, you can put these on. The lids fit perfect on my saddle bags. The pre drill holes to mount the speakers lined up perfectly as well. The key is to add the mounting hardware in each hole first, then tighten them all up.Why pay hundreds of dollars for them from other retailers when you can get these!!!

These lids are great but they only fit the small bags with the side locks. They don't fit the bags that come with the newer cycles with the top lock.
