Very low quality. The first one is ordered was broken and was missing a screw. I returned it and got a replacement. The 2nd one came and it looked like it had been broken and then sloppily glued back together. Also, the drawer does not close all the way.

This looks better in person. This is very nice. The quality of the wood is evident and the wood grain is pretty. I personally love the light colored stripes in acacia wood and I hope to get as many of them as possible but as you know, it's just random. I at least got one. Although I do wish I got one on the drawer. The drawer is deep and all the dividers are removable. The drawer also opens and closes smoothly. It comes assembled and the only thing you have to add is the handle on the drawer. You could even swap out the handle for a different one given that you buy another handle with the same measurements.I think you could use this for just about anything that you wanted since all the dividers are removable so it isn't just for tea. The wood is thick and sturdy. So the materials are definitely good quality. The only thing I could see potentially going wrong would be if it wasn't assembled correctly. So you could always request a replacement inside your order details in the app if there's anything wrong with your item. I hate to sound like an advertisement, but I see lots of people write reviews asking for help or a replacement on defective items. I don't actually know that this works. But I do know it is very easy to return things or request a replacement for a defective item inside the Amazon app. I'm only sharing this because I feel like if people knew how easy it was they would be less irritated with the whole Amazon return process. I'm sorry for that, I know that isn't related to the item but I guess it could be if someone happens to get something that's defective. I don't know why I'm going on about this LOL but I think this is a nice item. If I had to suggest a price point I would probably say between 30 and $36 sounds affordable considering the quality of the wood. The side handles are also nice and convenient should you want to move it for some reason.

This tea bag organizer is a mixed bag of nuts for me, so to speak. I love the look of it. I also love that it has some weight to it, and it’s not lightweight. It feels like it’s well-constructed and durable. Even the handle that goes on the drawer is of good quality. It has three deep compartments inside the drawer, and it comes with a divider that turns the three compartments into six. I drink a variety of teas, so I love this about it.That said, I’ve also noticed a few defects with mine. First of all, the drawer doesn’t open or close smoothly all the time. There’s a hitch in it. It also sits a little crooked inside the base. You really notice it when you close the drawer, as you can see in the picture. The drawer had a scratch in it right out of the box. The wood is not a consistent color on the base either (also shown in the pics). The defects aren’t a big deal. It gives it a handmade feel, which makes it sort of charming in my farm-chic kitchen. However, the price for this is on the high side when you are buying something new that looks reclaimed.

I love the warm wood of Acacia and the Beautiful green in this type of wood. This countertop box with the sliding drawer is particularly well made. I have a few of these in different form factors now and this one is probably the most superiorly crafted. The front door has very nice round corners and the drawer pull is beautiful quality and very expensive looking. The metal is very durable and heavy. It comes with very nice screwdriver to attach the two screws. The fact that this particular drawer has sliders on the side which is the first one I have like this because most of the others don't put sliders on the side so it makes it extremely easy to open the drawer. I'm not using it for tea bags, one of the other ones that I have that's similar to this I'm using in my office for office supplies and I'll probably do the same thing with this one with slightly larger office supplies than the other one fits. This would work well as a tea bag holder although the pockets are a little bit big I guess if you put the tea bags in from left to right that would make sense. Overall the construction is great, the pieces are securely glued together with no gaps, the wood is smooth across the entire piece and the top edges are slightly rounded as well. Just overall a very well made beautiful piece with lots of functionality. Highly recommended!

There is a lot to like about this tea organizer: it's wood, the drawer opens and closes smoothly and this thing holds a lot of tea. But there are some problems that make the product feel rushed and unpolished, ultimately leaving me somewhat disappointed: the drawer doesn't close squarely against the frame, the bottom is not square and so the organizer wobbles, and there was a screw tip sticking into one compartment, presenting an injury risk. There's also a strong smell of wood glue. Finally, in my opinion, the wood does not look the same or as good as in the reference images.Note that the compartments are slightly too small to hold a typical box of tea will all of the bags right-side-up, however flipping a few of the bags upside down will make it work.To improve the organizer I filed off the screw tip. I also used a paper cutter on the included foam padding so I could make four smaller 1.5"x1.5" feet and then stacked a couple pieces of foam in one of the corners to fix the wobble. I'm not really sure how to square the drawer closure, though, if it's even possible.
