The product is of very poor quality. It was damaged the first day I used it. 32 dollars plus taxes on garbage... does anyone answer for this?

The item arrived with no installation instructions or fit guide. Well, it doesn’t fit. Can’t use it. If you’re hoping to fit on a Giant, this isn’t for you.

when I first got it one the screw holes broke. I am assuming it was a manufacturing mistake and got it replaced (for free!) But I haven't been able to get it to fit my bike though. I could be me cranks, my square tapered spindle, my chainring, I don't know. I haven't gotten rid of but might try having a bike shop try and see if they can get it on.

So the ad states this is CNC aluminum unit and uses it as a selling point, however the only part that is aluminum is the main bracket body. It does mention it's also nylon but doesn't state what is nylon, the chain guide, the main "bash" or sprocket guard, and the little sprocket roller deal is all nylon. A hard case on a hard packed jump might snap off the bash guardLuckily this is going on a kids bike with the main objective of keeping the chain on the main sprocket
