How To make Japanese / Korean Rolled Omelette

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp chopped carrot
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp chopped spam, ham, or bacon
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil

  • Preheat a pan at medium high heat and add oil and swipe with a paper towel to apply oil evenly.
  • Pour the egg mixture and spread it thinly by tilting the pan.

  • After the thin egg is cooked a little, gently roll into a log. Start rolling the egg when the bottom of the egg is cooked and there is still liquid on top.

  • Pour the egg mixture to cover the bottom of the pan again, with the roll of egg at the end. Spread the mixture evenly and lift the omelette to spread underneath also.

  • After the new layer is cooked, roll the log back onto the the cooked thin egg and roll to the other end of the pan.
  • Repeat adding the egg mixture and rolling back and forth until the egg mixture runs out.

  • Remove the rolled egg from the pan and cool it down for 5 to 10 mins on a cutting board. Slice it into bite size pieces and serve!

Have owned the original size for ages, and now am so very happy to have this larger size for when I want to make quick and easy egg sandwiches that for the bread edge to edge :)NOTE: IF you use the Soft Rubber Spatula and Wash 🧽 it with a Soft Sponge it will remain scratch free, as my original pan has for the past 7 years.

El primer sarten de este modelo lo compre para mi madre, y le duro años, ahora que me case compre uno para mi casa y mi esposa se encargo de destruirlo en menos de 6 meses, creo que el producto es maravilloso pero si se debe tener en cuenta que se debe de cuidar, no solo usarlo y dejarlo sucio por días y después tallarlo Super fuerte para que se limpie.

good size, clean coating. However I found two damaged edge at each side as attached photos. It is the most regret thing.

Love this pan. It is truly non stick. Great for cooking eggs. Even heat distribution and it is not heavy. First time buying this brand, but so impressed that I would purchase a different pot/pan from the same manufacturer.

I purchased the large size of this pan, and though I've only used it for omelettes so far, it is the perfect size for crepe making as well. A wonderful, substantial pan at a very fair price. Love that it's made in Korea. I will buy other pans made by this company in the future. A++
