It is a sturdy feeling rack shelf. Thick-enough metal with a good finish on it. It included the rear supports, as well as enough screws for all of the corners.

Like all tecmojo items i have gotten, it is built extremely well. The finish is high end and all their products look great together in a server rack. However, despite their great integration with everything else i have gotten from them, this rack shelf doesn't fit my rack. If you have any enlarged rear supports, it likely wont fit/have clearance issues.

Holding a very heavy NAS system very well and feels incredibly stable, much better that the previous 2-pole shelf I had previously. My NAS system is probably about 35 pounds or so, and the weight seems like zero problem for the shelf, I’m more concerned over the wall mounted rack it’s in at this point. I don’t know if it could actually hold the rated 100lb, but I’m guessing it probably could, it’s really very built and feels solid as a rock once installed.

This rack shelf worked great. I just needed a shelf at the bottom of my small 12U rack for a UPS and this shelf was ideal. The shelf is heavy duty steel and once installed was rock solid. It held the somewhat heavy UPS without any problems at all. It came with everything needed to get it mounted in the rack and was very easy to get everything secured in place.

This 2U Rack Shelf kit came simply packaged and included the shelf itself, 2 extensions for bolting to the rear posts, an assortment of rack screws and cage nuts and some cable management straps. The shelf itself is made of nice heavy steel and feels very solid compared to some others I've had. I would have loved to use the rear post connections as well, but as with most datacenter racks that host servers my rear posts are much further away than those brackets can reach. Either way, this is clearly a quality rack shelf and a great value as well so it's a win for me.

This is a very sturdy-feeling shelf, but the rear support brackets are not great. There's only one screw per side, and the hole it goes into isn't pre-tapped. There really should be two bolts on each side, and the holes either need to be tapped, or larger with nuts provided. They do help, but not by as much as they could. I'd personally buy it without them if you could. Note that they're only designed for racks up to 16" in depth.As for the rest of the shelf, it's perfectly great. It feels very sturdy, and the powder-coated finish had no flaws. Accessories included are comprehensive; both 10-32 and 12-24 screws for if your rack has threaded holes, plus 12-24 cage nuts if it isn't. Ten velcro cable ties are packed in, plus two L-shaped plastic 'stops'. You put them in one of the ventilation channels and turn to lock it in place. It'll then keep your gear from moving backwards on the shelf, very clever.As mentioned, the rear supports need a little work. That aside, it's a nicely made rack shelf that comes with everything you need for installation, plus more.

I have used many Tecmojo products in the past and have always been pleased with them. And, this is no exception. High quality materials and well made, it supports quite a bit of weight. It also fits my 19" rack perfectly. If you need a "catch-all' shelf for your rack, this is a good. And the price is reasonable, making it a very decent value. Highly recommended.

Nice server/network/AV rack shelf.What ever you're going to use this for, it should hold up. the rear support brackets is a new design I haven't seen in many shelves, however it does give it more support for heavier loads.It looks nice, easy to install, and works great. Great ventilation in the bottom. Would definitely recommend.
