Item arrived in a timely fashion, packaging was acceptable. This is a 3/4 to 1/2 drive impact rated reducer. upon first use with hand tools, not impact gun, male end of socket adaptor sheared off with minimal force applied. Returned item via amazon returns, returned item was received by merchant. Refund was never issued, refund status shows denied. The item failed and was returned not more than 15 days from purchase date, well within any return period. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER.
