Some assembly is required, like putting together the arm (the instructions caution against extending too often lest it wear out— really?!), screwing the wheels on, and attaching the clasp that holds the flashlight. The instructions for assembly are pretty atrocious if you’re an English speaker, but the pictures helped a lot. I referred to the product page, too, for a clear picture. It’s a little tippy on its wheels. So the build quality is rather meh. The concept, the mirror size, and the attached flashlight are all good things. My husband has a restored old truck that this will be used on a lot, unless and until it falls over on him one too many times and he decides it deserves to be junked because it’s not worth the hassle.
