Product works as described, excellent price. Being a property manager that has had issues with termites, and found that professional pest control businesses charge very high prices for termite treatment, I found that knowing how to use and on what type of termites has saved us considerable $$. Having used professional pest control services for over thirty years, I found that, knowing how to use this product and some other products related to termite control/ elimination is key to get a handle on this widespread problem, especially in Florida.

This is the best product for termite eradition! This product is designed to kill termites that's already infested your home. I've bought this for one of my rental property. I poked a hole at the bottom of the wall (one foot from floor) between each stud as termites need to go down to water source. I sprayed the foam and waited 4 weeks later. When contracter removed the sheetrock to repair the studs, not a single live termite!
