I have been trying a few organic instant coffees to find one i like. This one is my least favorite. Since my purchase of this brand have tried it hot and also in iced coffee. I have had other brands that taste like fresh brewed. This is not one of them. It's not terrible, just not for me.

I used this in my mushroom coffee mix and it gave it a richer flavor.

Really good organic instant. Freeze-dried is definitely the way to go. I didn't find the taste bitter at all & I even sprinkle it on my chocolate syrup on top of icecream. I make mocha in the morning with coconut powder & oil & maple syrup & cacoa and this coffee in a slurry in the morning. It's like a frosting. soo good.

I was surprised by this. I grind my beans every morning and use a French press, and generally avoid instant coffee unless we are camping.I waited until the afternoon to make this so it didn’t ruin my morning if it was bad. But I was pleasantly surprised. It’s much better than I thought it would be and generally better than other instant coffee I’ve tried over the last few years. It mixes pretty much instantly and doesn’t leave any sediment at the bottom so it fully dissolves.I removed a star because of the servings. It says 60 servings if you use 1tsp per 6-8oz of water. Using these measurements it game out very watery and almost zero flavor. So realistically you need to almost double the serving to achieve something that tastes like actual coffee. I used an actual tsp to measure mine so it was accurate. So you’re really paying 10.99 for closer to 30 servings unless you like slightly coffee flavored water.
