OMG This thing is awesome! It mounts perfectly in my TM3! I can literally move my phone in any and directions whether on top the display or to the side and even angle it in any direction. Half the price of the others on here and it’s just not possible to beat for a Tesla anyway. It may or may not work on other EV displays… would be cool if it did though. 😎👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve been using the **2024 Tesla Phone Mount**, and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for my car. If you drive a Tesla Model Y, 3, X, or S, you *need* this mount!!You can also mount it to a monitor - that's what I did...it holds your phone (or tablet) at the right angle so you can easily use it while using your computer.Mounting/dismounting is super easy - just turn the knob on the back and it tightens/loosens with ease. You can also adjust the viewing angle in a similar way.Basically moving it from my car to my desk is effortless. I highly recommend this if you simply want a better phone holder!!

This is the way. Formerly I had a suction cup mount on the back of the model Y screen with a magnetic pad and then a metal plate placed behind the case of my Pixel 8. Occasionally the suction cup would lose grip and the magnetic grip wasn't that strong. Now with this new mount the phone is very solid. With a magsafe case, the phone really grips well to the mount. And the ingenious affixation to the side of the Tesla screen requires no suction or glue. There is just a knob to turn (careful not to overtighten). I like how the arm to the magnet has its own screw knob so the phone can be positioned just right. Great value. I use a wired charger with the mount (don't want to generate more heat with inductive charging so I purposely bought this mount which does not charge the phone inductively).

The arm is not adjustable, and for me it’s too long. So the way I have it set up, my steering wheel blocks my phone screen and makes it difficult to see navigation. Either that, or I have to adjust the mount to a higher phone placement, but then that blocks my view of the windshield and road. I am a tall guy, so lowering my steering wheel or placing the mount on the bottom left corner of the screen isn't an option, my knees will be in the way. And putting the mount on the right side of the screen isn't ideal because I am an uber driver and have people in passenger seat. I don't want to have to reach across into passengers personal space to tap my phone and whatnot.The product itself is of high quality and sturdy, but not the best fit for me. Im disappointed that you can adjust just about everything except the arm length!Update: after about a week of use this product damaged my Tesla screen! See the attached images. The whitish glow is light bleed and delamination from the pressure put on the screen from the mount. Its very noticeable at night, the whitish grayish color on the top left. Plus, it seemed like one of the inner cushions started to slide off, you can see its misaligned in the pictures. Very disappointed and fixing these screens is NOT cheap. Will probably just deal with it. Will be requesting a refund and figuring something out.

Upon unboxing this sturdy quality product I was happy to see how few parts there were and how easy it was to install into my 2021 Tesla Model 3. Within 5 minutes or less it was adjusted to my liking securely installed and ready to use. I liked that with a paper clip and a little ingenuity I could securely tuck my charging cable out of the way. Driving around in the city and on the highway I felt like the phone was mounted securely, within reach but not a distraction, and did not obstruct my view. As an Uber/Lyft driver I need to be able to accept/reject runs, run additional navigation software, and keep my eyes on the road and hands on the wheel. I plan on purchasing a 2nd one for my 2022 Tesla Model X and would highly recommend to family and friends. It DOES NOT come with a magnetic ring to attach to a non magsafe phone or case like some other more expensive models which I knew about when I purchased as I had already purchased a magsafe case for my brand new Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. So if you are a Tesla owner of a newer model 3/Y/X/S with a flat screen you will not find a cheaper higher rated sturdy quality magnetic cell phone holder. Fast free shipping with Amazon prime!
