Great product all around. Packaging was superb quality is more than expected. Installation was a breeze with the provided template. Functions perfectly. It even has spare adhesive. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it! The magnetic strength is seriously impressive—his phone stays perfectly in place even on bumpy roads. It fits seamlessly in his Tesla Model Y and folds away nicely when not in use, keeping the interior looking sleek and uncluttered. Installation was super easy, and it holds all types of phones, not just iPhones with MagSafe. Definitely a must-have Tesla accessory—highly recommend!

My only complaint is it gets extremely hot where I live which caused a problem. There is a lightweight circular magnet which adheres with a sticky tape to your cell phone which then magnetically attached to the main mount when driving. The heat melted the tape within a few months making the phone unable to magnetically stick to mount unless I take the time to remove my protective case which is not convenient. I wrote the seller and asked if I could obtain more of the circular piece but never got a response.And I did not nor would I leave my phone in my vehicle all the time. Just by being in my purse shopping and in the car while out and about, the tape melted.

I was looking for a phone mount for my Mach E because since the roof glass and windshield has the IR reflective tint I have found if my phone sits in the wireless charger or in the seat my GPS can sometimes become very unstable. So I found this mount and it installed like a breeze and works great for the vertical screen the Mach E has. However I did stumble on a issue that has forced me to have to return this mount. I have one of those OhSnap popsockets, what makes them special is they also have a magnet in them, so when I have my phone mounted to this magnetic mount it literally is almost bonded to the mount itself and you have to use 2 hands to pry them apart and I fear I will either break my screen or the mount itself if I keep using it.This is by NO fault of the mount which is why im leaving it a 5 star review, when I did test my iPhone without the Ohsnap popsocket it worked great, still had great strength and held the phone in place, yet super easy to remove when needed.I just wanted to put this review out there so if other users have the same popsocket or others that are similar you may want to loose elsewhere.I will end with this, If I ever do decide to switch case and remove this particular popsocket this will be my go to mount for sure!

First Impression:The packaging of this product is impressive, and it includes everything needed for a proper installation, whether you have a phone case or not. A tool card and a helpful video demonstrating the safe removal of the mount are thoughtful touches.What's Good about this Product:There are several commendable aspects to this product. The mount's color perfectly matches the center display finish, creating a sleek and cohesive look. The magnetic ring is notably strong, securely holding my iPhone 13 Pro Max in place. And the mount's small footprint makes it easy to conceal behind the center screen, which is aesthetically pleasing.What is Missing:While this product has many positive features, one limitation worth mentioning; although you can rotate the phone on the magnetic ring, the arm of the mount cannot be swung to the side or top of the center display, limiting the positioning options for the phone.Overall, I am satisfied with the product's performance, and the positives outweigh the minor limitation. It serves its purpose well, providing a secure and discreet mounting solution for a large phone like the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

After researching a ton of phone mount offerings on Amazon, I decided that the Vicseed phone mount was the one for my Tesla. The mount is solid and provides the features I want. The magnet mount is super strong. I have no concerns whether it will hold my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. The phone is stable and doesn't wobble or rock while driving. The ball mount readily allows me to position the phone to the right viewing angle and keeps it there while driving. The slide bracket and angle joint work as expected in positioning the magnet base for landscape or portrait viewing. The mount nicely slides and folds out of the way to hide the mount.Installation was simple. However, I would have preferred a more sturdy mounting template made of plastic rather than cardboard. I think a plastic template would have made a more positive feeling installation of the adhesion disk and bracket onto the back frame of the Tesla screen.Attaching the metal ring on the back of my Spigen case for the Note 20 was made simple with the positioning template that is thoughtfully included in the kit. The ring is nice and thin and sticks firmly to the case with 3M adhesive.I contacted Customer Service for additional metal rings so that my wife and daughter could use their phones with the phone mount. CS responded quickly and professionally. I rate CS as excellent.***Update: Until recently, I didn't use the Tesla wireless charging pad for my phone. Unfortunately, with the ring mount installed on my phone case, the phone will not charge. The ring interferes with wireless charging. Without the ring, it will charge correctly. The only alternative (which is an inconvenience) is to take the case off to charge. After contacting customer support, we found that a case with a built-in mag ring solved the problem. Adam from customer support was extremely helpful in making sure the problem was solved. I only wished that other companies would be half as responsive as Vicseed. Great product with beyond expectation customer support and customer satisfaction.***Update2: If I could give10 stars for customer service, then Vicseed CS would would get it WITHOUT reservation. Janice from CS is excellent and provided me assistance way beyond expectations. She reflects the company's extremely positive customer based attitude.
