slide ride down into the tube shaft.i bought this to mainly for the seat clamp, as i drastically needed a better seat clamp and apparently the clamps are part of the tubesworks well

Looks well made, nice quality finish. The hardware for the clamp is nice and beefy. Used for my fat bike build, plenty strong and the clamp hasn’t shifted like other seat posts I have had in the past. Great if you aren’t a weight weenie or made out of money.
