I love these strings. Easy playability as soon as I put them on. Never heard my violin ring out and resonate as loudly as it did. They look great! My cat even tried to steal one as I was putting them on! Theodore approves also. Thank you!

These are very responsive, warm and projecting strings. I've tried them with the included E (which is pretty good) as well as Jarger forte for more projection and brilliance!

This was recommended over Evah Pirazzi. It's quite a bit cheaper, but I still like the sound of Evah Pirazzi better.

String selection is influenced by so many variable that it is nearly futile to leave a review. The variables may include purpose, the instrument itself, the player's technique, playing style, and the players "ear", which varies from person to person. Again, how do you do a review on a set of violin strings? I'll just have to use my passed experiences on my violin as a gauge and go from there.A lot of people say that these sound harsh on their instruments. But they sound rich and full on my Jurgen Klier Antiqued Master Guarneri. They sound better on my violin than the Eva Pirazzis, they're more responsive, and they have lasted me since September, 2013 (current). There hasn't been a significant loss in tone since installing them, either. Not much more to say than that.
