Water Requirements

Water your Schefflera Arboricola when the top 1-2 inches of soil feel dry. Ensure the soil drains well to avoid root rot. During the growing season (spring and summer), water more frequently, and reduce watering in the fall and winter when the plant's growth slows down.

Sunlight Requirements

I've ordered a few times from this seller and have never been disappointed. It's still winter here in NYC and they sent this plant with a warmer attached to the plastic pot so that it would survive the shipping process. The plant actually came with 3 growing stems and was full and healthy. Strongly recommend.

The gold planter is cheap plastic otherwise the plant is great but very expensive.

The first plant I received unfortunate came dead. He was frozen and sad (I live in WI and we had a polar freeze). This was NOT due to the seller by ANY means. They had packaged him beautifully and had put a heating pack nice and snuggly on him! What the issue was is that the deliver people took longer than expected so his heating pack got cold.I contacted the seller and they responded so quick! I sent a few pictures of the poor guy and they then sent a new plant the next day.My new guy came a few days later. He was also beautifully wrapped with a heating block. Thankfully we had warmed up by then!He is beautiful! His color is gorgeous, his leaves are great! He is much taller than I pictured (I am used to getting smaller plants) and I absolutely love him! He was definitely worth the money I spent on him!I but 95% of my plants online through Amazon and third party, and I am extremely happy with this purchase. I would definitely buy from this seller and/or this plant again not only for myself but as a gift.

This healthy umbrella tree will only get bigger & better cuz it’s a fast grower. But it hates changes: like moving from inside to outside by losing leaves but will grow back more leaves. Just dont over water it by standing in soggy planter.

The plants were beautifully shipped and arrived looking as fresh as if they were still at the nursery. One of them had a plastic bag attached to its pot, not certain what that was for. It holds something that looks lie chunks of peat or wood.
