This Tib Bar is awesome. I bought it to help strengthen my knees and to add to my home gym. Every leg workout I include tib raises and use this bar. I don't bother to use the saftey pin as it comes with a pretty high quality collar. I haven't tested it with a heavy weight but it is a standard 2" olympic barbell collar. I also don't feel like the extra pads were necessary but it was a nice bonus to come with!

Just got it and already used it. Seems very good quality and extremely easy to assemble. My friend has an expensive brand, and this one is actually the exact same quality ! Great for preparing ultra marathon ! Bullet proof the knees !
