You can never really tell by "sizes" online.Unfortunately, this cup was much too big for my own use. Even though I am a "large" - the large they sent was just overbearing. The part the curves in between the legs is just too stiff and curves in too much. The moment i put this on, i immediately took it off and never used it again. i'd definitely like a return...but for the price i paid, shipping just seems ludicrous and i wouldn't get much out of a return.Whoever came up with this design clearly does not understand ergonomic comfort. it's as if they took a clay mold and threw it over a mannequin and called it a cup. absolutely one of the worst cups i've had. terrible quality. terrible feel.
