It’s like they don’t have any connection to the batteries. I am on the second one and tried four batteries, and both don’t work. Sending them both back and looking elsewhere! Has anyone bought one and had it turn on? Don’t waste your time! It’s just a heavy suction cup Zero stars

The item simply didn't work. Defective or damaged internally upon delivery. As an aside, the batteries are very lightweight for such a device. I would have expected a much heavier battery. Not recommended.

This is a very good tool, with it I no longer need to hit the tiles with my hands or a rubber mallet, and the installation effect of the tiles is also improved. Really great!

My husband did a DIY project to replace the tiles in our bathroom. He used this tool to makes tiles bond better with the mortar. It definitely save us a lot more time and energy than using a rubber hammer. It definitely worth the money. We are pretty happy with the result.

Does not turn on. Charged battery overnight. They seem hollow, they are very light.. also no documentation at all with product
