This was well worth the cost. Super sturdy, easy to set up, easy to use. The motion is smooth. It isn't shaky or anything. Awesome addition to the home gym.

This is a great shoulder machine. The machine is a very solid machine. Best machine for your shoulders for side movement and overhead movement. This is old school where you load the weights on the machine, but make sure you buy a set of collars to hold the weights. The spring clip on Amazon are just around $9.00. If not they will far off. I gave this 5 stars since it is one of the best shoulder machines I have used. I am 6 foot 1 inch 240lbs.

Opening the box I was instantly overwhelmed but the assembly was really easy. Downside was there was no instructions in the box but easily can be found on their website. After getting over that frustration everything else went perfect. Love it and wish today was shoulder day.

This is not our first Titan machine we also have the Leg Press (its Awesome too ), got this for my husband for Christmas and even with holiday shipping times it got here fast. Not too hard to assemble and well really im using it to and WOW im up to 80 pounds on my presses and safely now thanks to this machine. I would recommend this piece to anyone looking to build a home gym. Very sturdy holds a massive amount of weights as well. Plus I had a lot of questions and concerns about this machine. Titan customer service reps are absolutely fantastic. That is important when making a purchase like this.
