The bolt holes didn't line up at the top. I had to smash it down with a rubber mallet to get it to fit. That made assembly very difficult. Then I went to install the pulleys. The bolts did not got through the pulley tabs straight which made it impossible to finish assembly. The pulley was going to run diagonal instead of straight . The person assembling the raw components welded a defective part into the top frame. See attached picture. The quality of this machine is horrible. One of the other pulley tabs got bent in shipping. I would buy something else in the future. The appearance was bad, There were dents in the chrome slide rail and chips in the paint. I never got to use it as it was manufactured defective. The size was right for my small gym at home but that doesn’t matter if it doesn’t work.Follow up on 9-7-24. They shipped me replacement parts. The warranty process wasn’t bad, communication came back in 2 business days. Received the replacement components in two weeks. But…..one of the parts I wanted replaced came bent…..again. The packaging was really bad. The weight bar blew a hole in the box and the paint got wrecked in shipping.Just as an fyi, I own a serious hammer drill to put anchors in my concrete basement wall. If you are planningthis in your basement, you’re going to need some decent tools to anchor it to your wall.

The system is great but it came missing a piece. Contacted the seller and I have kept getting the run around and told they’re waiting on a response from someone else. It has been over a month now with no fix or resolution. Wouldn’t recommend due to customer service.

But some proper lube and you’re good to go. Does what it’s supposed to

This thing is great. It has a small footprint in the garage, yet has 100’s of exercises. We really love this machine and the quality

We purchased this as an addition to our new home gym. It is a well built system for the price. Other comparable wall-mounted cable systems are $100-200 more. The only issues I have were the poorly written directions (specifically how to set up the cables) and one of the bolts didn't line up. Fortunately, that didn't hinder the systems functionality. Expect assembly and mounting to take 1 to 2 hours, if you have help.

Once you tweak this thing it's real damn good. I would suggest watching a couple of YouTube videos how to lubricate the pulleys and how to route the cable for assembly.Everything wasn't welded together perfectly square (which is why i rated it 4 stars) but it doesn't affect how it functions. For the price you just can't go wrong.

Update 10/12/20: I took a drill and manually drilled out the hole so the top portion would fit and upgraded my review to 3 stars as the pulley tower works better than expected after I was able to assemble everything together. The pulley tower is mounted against my wall and is stable enough to do all my exercises without issues. I do have to lubricate the rear rail with Teflon spray every once in awhile since weight holder sometimes doesn't glide smoothly on the rail. Overall, not a bad pulley tower if you're on a budget.Original Review: I would love to review this product if I was able to assemble it properly. Unfortunately, the top section has a misaligned hole which does not match the front vertical bar (See pictures). This issue makes it impossible for me to properly secure the top section with the rest of the unit making the entire product useless. I recommend spending a little bit more and buying from another brand.
