I've had neuromas in both feet for years which are aggravated by the cold. This has worked better than either special orthotics or metatarsal lifts. I wish I had been using them when doing my Alpine Hike a few months ago. Couldn't recommend more.

These toe warmer pads from Little Hotties are the perfect size to put on my socks at the toe region, either on top or on the bottom, before putting my shoes on. Do NOT apply directly to your skin. I found that they provide a small amount of heat that will be helpful during very cold weather. I also noticed that they are warmer when exposed to the air than when worn inside my shoes, of course, but still help. When worn inside my shoes and without air circulation, I noticed mild warmth for about 4 hours. When I couldn't feel them helping anymore, I removed my shoes and the pads were able to get more oxygen and they warmed up again for more than another hour. I have had similar products that got way too hot but these maintained a more comfortable amount of warmth.I tested the warmers by applying one on the top of the toe area of one sock and one under the toe area on the other sock. There was slight warmth out of the package. Once on my socks, and with my shoes on, I felt them comfortably warm by 2pm. This very mild level of heat lasted a few hours and I forgot about them. At 5:30 pm I realized they no longer felt heated. I took off my shoes and touched the pads and could feel very slight warmth. I kept my shoes off and the pads got warmer because they were exposed to oxygen again. I was then able to feel another hour or more of warmth. Overall I was happy with how these pads performed and will be glad to have them for colder days.

I usually buy the Hot Hands brand, but this was less expensive and the package configuration (quantity) was more what I was looking for. I've used two pair and so far my opinion is - Meh. The material inside the warmers is all clumped up making it hard to shake and get it activated. You really have to work it. The other brand you just expose, shake and it heats up. I'll be switching back once I go through these.

Bought them a year ago so they stayed unused till last week. Expiration date of 07/2026. They did not work AT ALL. Tried two pair two different days. Same result. Guess I’ll pitch the other 8 pair.

Great size and work well. You need to put them on your sock, not your skin or you might get burned. They are air activated so the more air they can get the better they work. Looser shoes work better than tighter. If your shoes are tight and they don't feel like they are staying warm like they should, slip your shoes off for a minute to give the little guys some air and you will feel the warmth build back. Last about 5 hours and so much easier and less bulky that the battery operated hot socks. Nice.
