This toe yoga block is nice and sturdy yet still soft and comfortable to work with. The shape is perfect for several different exercises. I’ve beef using this for a few months and feel like my pain is truly improving

I don't have plantar fasciitis, but I was looking for something to stretch out the bottom of my feet since they're often sore and crampy after a long day at work. The yoga block is small enough to bring in a work bag and doesn't take too much space if you keep it at home. It comes with some instructions on 3 stretches to help strengthen you toe and foot muscles. It's worked decently so far.

This is well designed and I am glad it comes with the exercise suggestions and also the video on the amazon listing. I just started doing the exercises for plantar fasciitis so will update on how it helps. But I love that this is compact and having it out is a good reminder to keep up with the exercises. I also love that you can easily take it with you so there are no excuses for missing your exercises. It also looks nice which is always a plus.

This toe yoga step block is simple. It’s shaped like a V. I need all the help I can to stretch and make my feet and ankles stronger. This has helped me in stretching my feet daily. I like that it doesn’t have to take a lot of space for storing. My biggest issue is the picture steps just wasn’t helping me. It was not clicking. Thankfully, I was able to pull up videos from Amazon to help use this properly. It does work but can be a bit painful at first if your foot is not used to it.

Husband is ~220lbs and finds this to be very secure and supportive. It doesn't slide around on our hard floor. He keeps it on his nightstand to use first thing in the morning to stretch out tight calves. Easy enough to use and a deep enough stretch for him first thing in the morning when his calves are tight. Using the stairs can give him a deeper stretch, but they aren't able to be put right next to our bed so he could do it as the first thing out of bed to get ready for the day.

The design of this works very well. It's the perfect height, feels good underfoot, and once you get the hang of it, is very effective in helping with plantar fasciitis pains.I only took a star away because I feel like they are chasing a bit more profit that need be.

The toe yoga block is very sturdy. I like that is comes with exercise instructions. I just felt that I could get a better stretch using my stairs. I am sure that a lot of people would find this useful, but it just wasn't for me.

I’m so happy I decided to give this a try. I have accessory navicular syndrome and Morton’s toe and have struggled with plantar fasciitis and bursitis in the past. I started wearing barefoot shoes two years ago and started working on foot strength more actively since last year. This is certainly a more niche piece of equipment and I was skeptical about its usefulness.Initially, following the instructions, I found half of the exercises too uncomfortable and unstable. However, I found that adjusting my foot position for the toe stretches and isometric holds made all the difference. I was taking “toes” very literally and relying on digital strength which was unpleasant and strenuous. I inched my toes up a little so the padding of the base of my toes at my foot was also on the ledge, and the exercises immediately became doable. For the calf stretch, where the toes “grip” around the edge of the V, I found that I got the BEST stretch when entering a runner’s hang or hip hang position and hinging from the hips to control the stretch after my heel sagged a little. It was intense the first time so certainly watch you don’t overdo it.The V shape does make a difference. You can certainly DIY something like this, but this is tidy, sturdy, impressively nonslip, easy to pack, and small enough to leave out. Mine is currently living in a hallway where I can hold the walls for balance and get a few reps or seconds of stretch as I’m walking by.I think if you have foot conditions and ability to be consistent, this little doohicky will benefit you. I’ve used it for reliable relief when my accessory naviculars are painful as well as working out the tightness in my ankles, in addition to using this at the end of some of my workouts.I weigh 150lbs and it supports my weight 0 problems.
