Before you buy, take to measurements. One of the sealing surface this is the measurement provided about the product. The other measurement is the attaching ear spacing. The sealing surface measurement was the size I needed, but the mounting ears were at the same distance and would not install on my toilet as it requires a narrower ear spacing.

6/15/24 Update Valve leaked in less than 1 yr. The top of the Rubber top looks like it has lost its original shape and is now distorted and leaks. Cleaning did not work. I Paid extra trying to get a good one. Bummer.Went for my very difficult to flush very. stiff. bulb. to this smooth and very flexible. flapper valve.. Went from approximately 10 pounds of force. To less than one pound of force. Unbelievable That a stiff flapper valve. could make the toilet hard to flush. The old valve did not leak. I paid a little more for this. but it was worth it. Would not hesitate to buy again? I went from too stiff to soft and just right.

I’ve tried to adjust the chain, but it still does not stay open long enough for the toilet to flush out everything like the original did. Unless you hold the flusher down manually. After some more adjustment I got it to work. Its working fin now

Bought two made by kohler at home depot. They were designed for my toilet. They didn’t fit properly. The toilet was endlessly running because the actual flapper wouldn’t go down without using a stick or your hand to close it in place. This pack is less expensive and worked easily. Didn’t put any effort, it hooked in & the rubber bulb end fit perfectly.
