Some previous reviews talked about clipping this to their pocket or bra, but after trying it out on both of those locations and getting less than 50 steps per day, I moved it to the cuff of my pants. I’ve gotten better results from that, but so far nothing as good as wearing it with a wrist band. It’s possible that the wrist numbers are higher because it’s tracking arm movements when I’m not walking.Other than that, the quality is good and the Alta snaps in securely.

I used to own a Fitbit One but the company has stopped making it. I prefer to not to wear a device on my wrist. These clips for the Alta make it wearable clipped to a bra or pocket etc. They're great quality and work better than Fitbit's own clips for the One -- that is, they hold the Alta more firmly in place. I'm really happy with this option. Delivery was extremely fast. Thank you!

I had been looking for a bracelet replacement for my Fitbit several months as I really didn’t come across one that for my personal style. This is the perfect solution for my needs. As I love to wear different formal watches, I can easily clip this on my pants, strap etc and have the best of both worlds!It’s made really well, strong & durable! Compact size so isn’t bulky at all.Great price as well! Definitely recommend this product!

These worked great for me. I placed my Fitbit in the clip and clipped it on my shoe. It stayed in place the entire time and I was able to track my steps more accurately. The Fitbit could only record steps if my feet were moving.

Since I'm male, I might as well throw in my 5 cents. When I replaced my Ionic with a Series 3 (later exchanged for a Series 4 Apple Watch), I tried to find a clip for it to keep it going. Since I didn't feel comfortable with my Ionic (for some strange reason my Ionic developed a scratch on the screen, which lead to the Apple Watch) in my pocket, I decided to revive my dormant (3 years) Alta, my first Fitbit Watch (which I would later go on and use a Blaze). Charged it up, paired it and it was good to go. Finding a holder for this proved to be alot easier than the Ionic. I clip it to the outside of my pocket (not it's intention since it's advertised as a "sport bra clip holder"), and off I go. Still counts the steps.There is a minor difference in step count between my Apple Watch and the Alta, but not major. Since I am involved in competitions with people on Fitbit, I can't leave the Fitbit ecosystem. Hence why I bought this. I also wanted something that's pretty small. It definitely works.

This product does exactly what it ia supposed to, which is to hold my Alta as a clip on tracker. I’ve always preferred the clip in style - like the Fitbit “One”, unfortunately I misplaced the tracker. After a bit of research I found this holder which nicely accommodates my Alta. I previously would occasionally switch between the two trackers. This holder is configured to securely hold the Alta by using two slots inside of the clip. I’ve used the holder daily for over a month and it is still as tight as the day I received it. I couldn’t have done better,priced right too!

I love this product. I clip it to my shoe to get an accurate step count. I’ve had back surgery so I’ve trained my body to glide when I walk so many of my steps were not being counted. I also spend a lot of time working in my yard and with horses where I do a lot of shoveling, hammering and using a hatchet. It didn’t seem accurate that I was getting 10k steps before noon. I prefer it on my shoe because I have a saltwater pool & I don’t want to forget I’m wearing it when I dive in. My debate with myself is if I clip it to my clothes to get an accurate heart rate I could possibly knock it off or scratch my fitbit while carrying large loads but if it is on my shoe I can’t get a heart rate.

Overall, this is a great clip. I just have two complaints.I wish that it was designed so the Fitbit can be charged without removing it from the clip. It's a bit cumbersome to extract the Fitbit from the clip every few days, especially because Fitbit band allows you to charge without taking the band off.This isn't the clip's fault, but it's worth knowing before buying. Since you're not wearing the Fitbit on your wrist, it's very, very easy to forget and lose the Fitbit. It stays on fine, but when you change clothes it's extremely easy to forget to swap the clip to your new clothes. I've spent a lot of time hunting down the clip, while the band serves as a visual reminder of having your Fitbit on you.This clip doesn't track sleep well at all. The band is much better for that.(Also, I didn't notice much difference in my step count compared to the band.)

This just works great and is well made. I have been wearing it clipped to my waistband for over 2 years (purchased May 2018) and it never moves. I only remove the Fitbit Alta HR for charging. The Fitbit fits tightly inside the clip. For someone who dislikes wearing their fitness tracker on their wrist, this is an easy solution. Very well made for such a low price.

I purchased this to replace a holder that I had damaged that was magnetic. This one is very rigid which is good for clipping onto my belt but is difficult to remove my Fitbit from it. All in all it works well and would probably buy again.
