The gloves are fine but do but use the tape. It leaves yellow marks. I with it had read the comments before buying but made a snap purchase.

The gloves are not bad, but you can still feel the heat through them. You can take a hot tumbler out of a press or oven, but there is no way you can continue to hold it for hot peels. If you let it cool a minute or two, then you can handle it.I liked the pull and elasticity of the heat tape, but sadly I can't use it on anything over 300 degrees since it has turned everything I've put on yellow.

The gloves are great, but be aware that the yellow tape stains if it comes into contact with sublimation substrate.

Gloves work pretty well. If you grab a cup out of the heat press, it still gets uncomfortably hot after 4-5 seconds but they work well enough that you've still got plenty of time to get the cup/mug/whatever out of the press and onto your workbench.The tape is ok for any application where the tape isn't going to make direct contact with what you're pressing. For example, if you're doing a full wrap and the tape is only going to be taping the transfer with your image on it and not actually touching the tumbler/cup, it's fine. But if you use it on a T-Shirt where you're trying to tape the transfer to the shirt so it doesn't move, or a similar application, it will leave a yellow stain on the shirt that will not wash out.

They are a little snug - and I do not have large hands - but they work great. Working with earring blanks and they do get hot, so the gloves are a big help.
