I suggest using some blue loctite on the threads. One of the handles that came with my camper fell off and lucky I was able to use pliers to empty the tank. These are way nicer. I haven't traveled with them on yet, but hopefully the loctite will keep them secured.

We broke the original valve extension (Plastic broke) and used these to fix. Worked well. You should keep a pair in your tool kit.

I am getting too old to get down on my knees and try to reach way under our trailer at a nasty sewage dump site. These extensions make things much easier. Easy to install, just unscrew the handle and screw on the extensions!

For years, I have used one of the dump handles, which had half of the handle broken off. It was plastic. On our last trip, one of the handles was missing when we arrived at our destination.These handles are metal and seem sturdy. These tee handles unscrew from the shaft, so I attached them with some Loctite blue. Since the handles are metal, I am going to drill a small hole in each and attach a light-duty chain between them so that they can not be lost.

These handles and extensions are just what I needed. My intention was to replace a lost one and keep the other for an emergency spare. When I got these, I really liked them more than the OEM. So installed both, and kept the remaining OEM for spare. Well made with aluminum handles, not plastic. Pleased with this purchase.
