  • Use of bearing rollers instead of plastic feathers greatly reduces friction and makes feeding smoother; The rollers are spring loaded to keep pressure on varying contours of the workpiece.
  • This table saw jig is made of aluminum alloy, CNC-machined, anodized surface, flexible polyurethane wheels, solidly constructed, has a longer service life than plastic feather board.
  • The pressure of the wheels can be adjusted as required by turning the brass knob; To a certain extent, it can be used as a table saw thin rip jig.
  • Fit 3/4 x 3/8 inch and 3/8 x 1/4 inch T-Slot track, can work with most standard table saw, router table and band saw; Smaller size, lower profile, support horizontal and vertical installation.
  • Pack of 2, use two rolling featherboards on either side of the blade to achieve accurate cuts with maximum control of the workpiece, and no need to get your fingers close to the blade, greatly increases safety when cutting.

Product Description

Bearing Roller Featherboards

The bearing roller feather board fits easily into the T-slot and locks securely, firmly pressing the workpiece against the fence for precise and smooth cuts. The pressure of the spring on the wheels is adjustable, to a certain extent, it can be used as a table saw thin rip jig to get consistent cuts and thin strips. It keeps your fingers away from the saw blade, which greatly improves safety.

Soft Coated Wheels

Soft Coated Wheels

These hold the material down on the deck without scaping soft wood.

Spring Loaded and Two Way Bearings Roller

Spring Loaded and Two Way Bearings Roller

It allows you to put whatever downward pressure you want on your cut because it is spring loaded, but will still allow you to back your cut out if necessary.

Just order it. I should have long ago. Did a bunch of face frames on the router using this as a hold down while routing. Worked great!

These things will work good on a router table if you're using a piece of aluminum t-track for a fence. On the table saw they're basically useless. Their size means that they'll only work on cuts with couple of inches of waste on the left side. You know when it would actually be handy to use something like this? When you're cutting stuff way smaller than that.I may just return these. For how much they cost, it would be really nice if they worked in both places

I use them on either side of the router table bit, which improves cut consistency. It allows hands to stay farther from the bit.

I wish the springs provided a little more pressure when tightened all the way down but still very happy with the guides.

I really like the idea and the practicality of this saw accessory. A couple of quibbles, though, cost a star. First: the slots that slide on the screws that tighten the tool to the saw table—those should be about an inch or so longer. On my Unisaw the tool's wheels do not really get to kiss the blade. Thinner work has to be cut inboard. No biggie, but a slight ding. Second: weirdly, the threaded rods that connect the slot anchor to the hand knobs—they're loose. They screw, loosely, into the saw-slot anchors, pass through the tools' slot(s), then the hand knobs screw on—again, loosely. Seems to me the screw should have been jammin' in either the slot anchor or the knob, preferably the former. A little nylon insert would have done the trick. Epoxy is working for me. (And, asking for a friend: Why does that threaded rod have a socket in one end? I thought maybe that end was ever so slightly larger than the other, and you'd use an Allen wrench to really crank it up into the slot anchor. Nope.) Over all: a great product with some odd quirks.
