5 months since I bought the product and already loose and missing Allen screw. I don’t use it every day or else I would be sent home for not having the tool to get the job done!!!!

Bought this to cut drywall for speakers. The cutting wheel is so short, it won't even hardly cut the paper. It is essentially a good marker for the circle. I then cut it with a keyhole saw. If it had a blade that was longer than the tip of the centerpoint, it may work

Am I missing something? This could never do more than mark the drywall paper. This is NOT A HOLE CUTTER!
